      Preparation for applications

Entry Clearance Officers at British Embassies and High Commissions are naturally suspicious of applicants and their motives. They are not interested in an application being successful and most are not compassionate in any way. They will refuse an application irrespective of the emotions of the applicant. For this reason we have for a long time believed that anyone who is making a genuine application should seek professional help with their application prior to contacting the British Embassy or High Commission concerned, even if they feel they have an understanding of the requirements.

As immigration advisers we have the experience to view  the application from an Entry Clearance Officer's perspective which enables us to see and pre-empt any areas of concern before an application is submitted.

If an application is not right first time, it may result in a deferred decision or a refusal.

A refusal will incur a very lengthy appeal process taking many months or maybe even a year. Once the interview stage has been passed and application refused you have lost the opportunity to get it right first time.

It is very important to get your application right first time.  If you need to make an application and you want to be sure   Click here to:     now!
