About IVS

Immigration Visa Services was formed by the partnership of  D. Main  and S. Holloway in 1999 and combines their individual training, knowledge and experience in the immigration field.  Both had many years experience in immigration prior to the formation of IVS-UK.  

We are aware of the difficulties people have with British immigration bureaucracy.  We are also conscious of the heartaches which can be the result of non-compliance with the requirements needed to satisfy government immigration officials, particularly at foreign posts.

IVS-UK is an immigration consultancy organisation that deals with most aspects of UK immigration. We are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner as specialist advisers.  It is our aim to provide clients with a comprehensive immigration service in regard to their application and in dealing with their immigration matter.  We provide a confidential, efficient and professional service. 

Our professional service is invaluable particularly if we are able to deal with a case from the outset of an application.  This provides the best possible chance of success for a Client.   A refusal will result in considerable delays and much heartache.

Some immigration advice organisations give limited/basic advice free of charge, however you may not get all of the information you really need in order to make an application confidently.      We provide a comprehensive service relevant to each specific client case.  The fees for our services are reasonable and our many  previous clients have expressed their appreciation for the detailed information and services we have provided to them. 

We have first hand personal knowledge of how the process of UK immigration operates, both within the UK and at British Overseas Posts (British Embassies and High Commissions).  We have considerable understanding of how the Entry Clearance departments work, and we also understand how they deal with applications and what can be done when things go wrong due to applications that have been lodged without any professional guidance.  We understand the interviewing techniques used and can advise clients on how to progress such interviews.  

The services we provide are specific to our clients’ individual immigration case. We work to high standards to ensure Client's requirements are achieved in regard to the work we do on the case.  It is preferable to provide our immigration services in the first instance to avert problems arising, it is always to the applicants advantage to 'get it right' first time as previous applications that have been refused can impact on a later application.  Visa departments do keep records.  Our fees are modest in the Immigration advice and legal arena.

If an enquiry is made to us for an application for spouse or fiancée, we will deal with the requirements of the application in the most efficient way.  We will provide information on marriage overseas in whichever country, full documentary requirements for children if there are any involved with the application.  We will draft the specific letters that are likely to be needed to go with the application and the completed application form/s. We will advise you on your current circumstances in regard to what is needed in the way of documents to be provided for a compliant application, including any third party support if needed. We can cover everything that is necessary for an overseas application to be compliant, and in order a confident application can be made. We are a company that also provides ongoing support by whatever means appropriate up to the point of a decision by the Entry Clearance Officer.
